Добрый день. Вы могли бы, пожалуйста, уточнить возможность производства, а также просчитать стоимость наград в 2х вариантах. Необходимо - 3 шт.. ТЗ для каждого варианта прописано ниже. Макеты наград во вложении. Очень прошу прислать ответ, пожалуйста, в четверг 12.05. Просчитайте, пожалуйста, 2 варианта. Вариант 1 (сложный): Награда согласно приложенной схеме состоит из 3-х частей – 2 стеклянных вертикальных слоя с печатью и стеклянная основа 10мм (синее стекло) Вертикальные слоя – прозрачное стекло толщиной 10мм вырезается по шаблону (во вложении макет в Adobe Illustrator) в виде шестигранника размером 23х20см. При подрезке стекол важна максимальная точность, т.к. когда они будут склеены между собой недолжно быть разницы в размерах. На наружных сторонах вертикальных стекол должна быть снята минимальная фаска. Для одной награды таких 2 шт. На первом (лицевом) стекле с лица печатается УФ печатью белилами название номинации, логотип Dell Technologies Partner program и название мероприятия Partner Awards 2022. На оборотной стороне первого стекла зеркально печатается фоновый макет под названием Background mirrored front и после запечатывается слоем белил. На втором (заднем) стекле зеркально печатается фоновый макет под названием Background и после запечатывается слоем белил. После этого оба стекла склеиваются между собой (белила к белилам). Далее к склеенным вертикальным стеклам приклеивается синее стекло-основа. В случае если у Вас нет синего стекла тогда можно взять белое стекло 10 мм как основу и напечатать снизу фоновым синим цветом запечатать белилами. Обязательно приклеить 4 силиконовые ножки-наклейки. Вариант 2 (простой): Награда состоит из 2-х частей – 1 стеклянный вертикальный слой и стеклянная основа 10мм (синее стекло) Вертикальный слой – прозрачное стекло толщиной 10мм вырезается по шаблону (во вложении макет в Adobe Illustrator) в виде шестигранника размером 23х20см. Должна быть снята минимальная фаска по периметру на лицевой и оборотной сторонах. С лица печатается УФ печатью белилами название номинации, логотип Dell Technologies Partner program и название мероприятия Partner Awards 2022. На оборотной стороне стекла зеркально печатается фоновый макет под названием Background mirrored front и после запечатывается слоем белил. После по белилам печатается макет Background. Далее к вертикальному стеклу приклеивается синее стекло-основа. В случае если у Вас нет синего стекла тогда можно взять белое стекло 10 мм как основу и напечатать снизу фоновым синим цветом запечатать белилами. Обязательно приклеить 4 силиконовые ножки-наклейки.
